At IndexCrawler, we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want to make the refund process as straightforward as possible.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Credit Usage: You must have used 5 or fewer credits from the purchased package at the time of the refund request.
If you have used more than 5 credits or your request is submitted after 7 days from purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process your refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through the Support page
- Provide your account username and the date of purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Any unused credits from the refunded package will be removed from your account
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- More than 5 credits have been used from the purchased package
- Credits obtained through promotional codes or free trials
- Account has been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount for that package.
